Welcome to the May edition of the WIPG newsletter.

As the end of financial year draws down upon us I thought it timely to review what we have achieved over the last five months and update you on what to expect for the remainder of the year.

Pinnacle is progressing nicely and it really does feel like we only started that build yesterday.

It seems everywhere you turn on the Sunshine Coast at the moment there is an exciting major project underway.  From the airport expansion to the new Maroochydore CBD and the continued growth of our health precinct - we are still very much a region on the move.

The Sunshine Coast continues to attract sporting, music and business events and demand for rental properties continues to remain strong. PINNACLE PICNIC POINT

The weather has continued to be on our side this month allowing the trades to move along nicely with the project. 

The structure of Pinnacle is now complete and installation of the structural steel and roof will commence over the coming weeks.

The various finishing trades are also now working their way up through the building.

 Walter Iezzi Property Group - Co-Naming Rights Sponsor:  Wishlist Spring Carnival 2018

For the 2nd year in a row, the Walter Iezzi Property Group is proud to be co-naming rights sponsor for the annual Wishlist Spring Carnival. Over the past nine years, this event has raised over $1 million for our local Sunshine Coast Health Services. 

This year, we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Wishlist Spring Carnival. This years event will be held at Novotel Twin Waters on Friday, September 14.  Because this luncheon is in high demand it is an invite-only event.  However, we are able to extend an invitation to anyone who might be interested in securing a table before they are completely sold out.

The Studio

Only newly opened, The Studio is not your usual, run of the mill display room – rather it is an artistic studio that allows you to take in past and future Walter Iezzi projects and appreciate all the coast has to offer.

Located at 5 First Avenue, Maroochydore, The Studio features the works of local photographer, Brett McIntosh.  His work showcases the Sunshine Coast lifestyle a buyer can expect to enjoy when investing in one of  Walter Iezzi Property Group’s developments.

Prospective clients will be able to see enlarged plans and renders on display, providing a visual experience.

Finishes will also be showcased, highlighting how the use of colour and texture will come together for each project.  The experience will also be a sensory one allowing the client to touch and feel the finishes.

The in-house designer will be on hand so clients can discuss the property and consider alternative design solutions if required.

Viewing is by appointment only in order to provide a premium experience to the discerning buyer who can enjoy a coffee or champagne while they discuss the various options and inclusions on offer.
