Welcome to the April edition of the WIPG newsletter.

This months newsletter includes further updates on the progress of Pinnacle. I also introduce you to The Studio where you can view all of our past, current and future projects and speak with our design consultant and sales team.

If you haven't had the opportunity to read my latest articles, please read below or follow the link here to the website.

We've been fortunate with the weather this month and Pinnacle is coming along nicely.

Level 7 was poured last week. The joinery has started to be installed and the tilers have begun the internal works.

As we continue to move along with construction, the building really starts to take shape, which is very exciting for all involved.

  Pinnacle Site

There are only a few units remaining at Pinnacle, so get in quickly before they are all gone! Enquire now or visit our website for further information.

We are very proud of all of our developments and Elysee Alexandra Headland is no exception. Our Elysee design has captured the essence of what we strive to achieve in our developments – an enduring design that is functional, innovation and beautiful.

Being located in an iconic position along our pristine coastline, Elysee has drawn a lot of positive attention for its design and minimal impact on the urban landscape. As such, we have entered Elysee into the 2018 Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards.

Judging is currently underway and winners will be announced at an Awards ceremony in August. Everyone involved in the Elysee development should be very proud of what has been achieved and regardless of the outcome, we couldn’t be happier with our end product.

Why Investing in the Sunshine Coast is a Good Idea

It’s pretty obvious that the Sunshine Coast is growing rapidly. You can see the physical changes almost daily as you drive around the region and the stats are backing up what we are seeing. The latest passenger numbers through the Sunshine Coast Airport have just been released and it has recorded its highest ever passenger numbers with over 310,000 passengers flying in and out of the airport in the three months ended February 2018 – an incredible 15% increase on the previous year. Cranes Confirm Growing Economy

A buoyant economy is often linked to the number of cranes you see in the sky and, generally speaking, the more cranes there are the greater the commercial confidence.

According to the latest Crane Index report from Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) there are currently 10 cranes operating on the Sunshine Coast. Click here to read more.
