Walter Iezzi

February has been a steady month for the team.

Pinnacle is progressing nicely due to the weather holding out for the best part of the month.

It's been hotter than normal this summer and I’d like to give a shout out to all of the contractors and workers who have been working tirelessly throughout the unrelenting heat we have been experiencing. Construction can be a tough job, and I really appreciate the commitment and dedication the team has put in to get Pinnacle to the next stage.

Earlier this month Leisa and I visited the set of Seven’s Sunrise thanks to an auction item we purchased at last years Wishlist Spring Carnival lunch.  Meeting with the morning crew and having a behind the scenes tour was an amazing experience.

This month, I’ve also been able to pen a couple of blogs which have focused on investing in the Sunshine Coast. You can read more below or follow the link here to the website.




Pinnacle is progressing nicely. 

Level 4 was poured mid-February with the walls now being installed on that level.

Weather permitting, Level 5 is scheduled to be poured in early March.

The framers have commenced works with electrical and plumbing rough-ins proceeding to the internal walls of Level 1.

Events are a good Investment

The Sunshine Coast is soon to unveil its Major Events Strategy 2018-2027. As a long-term resident, developer and business person on the Sunshine Coast I am really looking forward to what the strategy has in store for us. The previous strategy (2013-2017) had an economic impact to the region of approximately $342 million and they are pretty impressive numbers. Read more.
