Walter Iezzi

November has been another busy month for us which started off with the new owners of Elysee taking possession of their new units.

Our new tapas and wine bar also saw it's first big function with a sell out Melbourne Cup lunch.  We are really pleased with what we have created at Backlane so if you are in the area please drop by and enjoy a glass of wine and try some of the delectable bites on the tapas menu.

On the construction front, Pinnacle is coming along nicely despite the much needed rain we are currently experiencing. The deck to level one is complete.

I am also putting the finishing touches to a few new and exciting projects which I hope to unveil later this month and will feature in some new television commercials over the Summer.  Please make sure you let the team know if there is something you are interested in so we can register your interest early.

We will also supported Hear and Say at the BOQ Golf Charity Day.  I am proud to be a sponsor of this event as it raises much needed funds that make life changing differences to deaf children.

On a final note I would like to wish you a wonderful Christmas with family and friends. I look forward to staying in touch in 2018.

Pinnacle is coming along nicely. Level One has been poured and we will now focus on building walls and slabs.

There are only four units remaining at Pinnacle and further information can be found on our website.

This month we meet Sarita Morris.  Here is a little about Sarita:

Melbourne Cup Day Supporting Hear & Say

As major sponsors of Hear & Say, we hosted a table in the Audi Premium Marquee at this year’s Melbourne Cup, at Corbould Park. It was a great day of racing enjoyed by all - and best of all we raised much needed funds for Hear & Say.

Design Icons - why they endure

Good design is not only functional – it also ensures the test of time. This is particularly so when it comes to furniture and lighting. Some of my favourite designs were created decades ago yet still have the function and appeal as if they were created today. Read more.

Be brave when using statement pieces

Whether you are decorating your home, designing a building or deciding what to wear, a statement piece is often the key to pulling the whole look together. While not everyone may like your “out there” leopard print shoes – if you love them that is all that matters and the same goes when deciding on what statement piece to use in your own home. Read more.
