Message from Walter...

With Winter almost at an end, so are the final touches at our Elysee development. With the scaffolding down, everyone is very eager to see the building complete and gain access to the apartment complex.

The construction of Pinnacle is progressing well, with the last of the soil removed from the site and excavation equipment transported away last week.

This month we also supported one of the Sunshine Coast's most recognised charity gala events for the Wishlist Foundation. All monies raised are going to support innovative medical research projects on the Sunshine Coast. We are very proud to be able to sponsor such a dedicated and worthy charity.

Best wishes,

Walter Iezzi

Elysee Alexandra Headland

With very minimal work left to be carried out to the exterior and interior of the development, Elysee is almost ready to be completely unveiled.

The internal features which are currently being installed include shower screens, mirrors, splash backs, carpets and final plumbing fixtures. Plus the remaining electrical items including lighting and whitegoods.

Landscaping, feature screens and glass balustrading to the podium level of the property exterior will be finalised by the end of August.

We still have 1 apartment remaining in this complex, so act now if you want to secure your piece of "The Golden Triangle".

Further information can be found at

Although still a large hole in the ground, the construction of Pinnacle is starting to take off.

We are currently preparing the lower basement slab, with steelfixers installing reinforcement and plumbers installing drainage. At this stage we will be pouring the lower basement slab in early September.

90% of the development has already sold and it's no wonder, with the beautiful views and access to the Maroochydore River.

We have 4 apartments remaining at Pinnacle.  For further details, please visit our website.

Walter Iezzi Property Group were proud to be the major sponsors of the annual Wishlist Spring Carnival luncheon.

The event was held on Friday 25th August at the Novotel Twin Waters Resort. With close to 600 local business people in room, over $130,000 was raised for the Wishlist Foundation*. The afternoon was hosted by Natalie Barr and Mark Beretta of Seven Sunrise, and entertainment provided by Australian Rock legend Ian Moss. Along with raffles, auctions, great food, wine and company the afternoon was once again a huge success.

*The Wishlist Foundation, is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to fundraising for the needs of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
